Vacuum packing consists of removing all the air from inside a container or bag to isolate the contents from the outside and remove the oxygen from the inside, and then sealing it hermetically.
In this way, the food is completely sealed, without coming into contact with the oxygen from the outside, protected also from humidity and strange smells, preserving the original flavour and extending its life.

By acting as a barrier between the product and the air, it is not only protected from the action of microorganisms, but also stops the natural oxidation of aromas, changes in colour and texture, loss of flavour and destruction of nutrients, keeping it fresh for much longer.
Faced with these problems, vacuum packaging is the ideal solution for keeping fresh food in perfect condition for much longer.

Soft Air: Progressive atmosphere

All models include the progressive atmosphere (Soft air). Using this option, the air enters into the vacuum chamber gradually and controlled based on a predetermined time, so the bag can adapt to the product carefully without damaging it. It is ideal for meat with bones, lobsters, screws, powders, electronic components, or other kind of products that need more caution to be packed.
